We have visited Cyprus, particularly the Protaras area for 7 years running and had thought about investing on every visit. With Cyprus joining the EU we were determined on our last visit that we must invest now or regret it later. We spent half of our holiday visiting Estate Agents and developers and literally visited Karayiannas just as we were about to give up. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and somebody that spoke English and understood exactly where we were coming from. We were whisked off to several properties in areas we had not thought of or heard of. After the death of my husbands mother, we came to cyprus for a holiday. We were introduced ti “A Place in the sun” Estate Agents. We were shown many properties by different developers.. It was Karayiannas Developers that impressed us most. After looking at the Ayios Sergios Project we found the property we are now living in and we are very happy. We dealt with Andria who is a repressentive for Karayiannas, she has been very supportive and helped us in many ways as new comers to Cyprus.
